Sited next to a powerful natural wash and surrounded by exquisite desert flora, the four-bedroom house takes full advantage of its unique setting. Pocketing doors slide open to allow for full immersion with the outdoors, creating a pavilion-like ambiance where indoor and outdoor spaces meld into one another.

To enhance the seamless integration with the outdoors, expansive windows showcase interior works of art that become part of the outdoor experience and also serve as a visual transition from one space to another.

Opened in 1995, Estancia is nestled on 640 acres of the northern slope of Scottsdale’s famed landmark Pinnacle Peak in a private, gated community.
