Drewett Works was recognized at the 2024 Best in American Living Awards (BALA) with seven honors during the 2025 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, NV, on Feb. 28.
It was a great night for DW at the annual BALA Awards ceremony, where the most talented and creative professionals in the building industry were honored for their work. This year, the National Association of Home Builders changed things up by presenting just two awards for each category—Gold and Silver. DW received two Golds and five Silvers. This is the firm’s eighth year as a BALA winner.
Here are Drewett Works’ 2024 BALA winning awards:
1) Gold Award – Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home 8,000-10,000 sq ft – Moody Modern
2) Gold Award – Best Outdoor Room/Living Space – Part and Counterpart
3) Silver Award – Best Outdoor Room/Living Space – Cozy Camelview
4) Silver Award – Best Outdoor Room/Living Space – Moody Modern
5) Silver Award – Best On-the-Boards Single-Family Custom Home under 10,000 sq ft – Silver Sky Lot 11
6) Silver Award – Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home 6,001-7,000 sq ft – Part and Counterpart
7) Silver Award – Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home 7,001-8,000 sq ft – Onyx at Crown Canyon
Winners are recognized for their outstanding achievements in all sectors of the residential housing industry, including single-family production, custom, multifamily, affordable, remodel, interiors, and community. Judging was conducted by experts in their respective fields that included builders, architects, designers and land planners from across the country.
