Drewett Works received the Gold Award for Excellence in Architecture during the inaugural ICONIC LIFE Design Awards at the Scottsdale Center for the Arts on Sept. 30, 2023.
Publisher Renee Dee presided over the Iconic Life Design Awards, a black-tie event presented by Monogram Luxury Appliances, thanking those in the local design community for its exceptional work. Nearly 200 entries were judged for excellence in one of four categories—architecture, interior design, landscape design and product design—by a group of highly respected design professionals outside of Arizona.
Drewett Works received the gold award in the Single-Family Home 3,500-7,500 Square Foot category for Stone Radius, a contemporary home with a Hollywood-era vibe. Its unique curving architecture and white limestone-clad exterior make it a showpiece in its Paradise Valley, Ariz., neighborhood. The project has won several awards and appeared in numerous design magazines.
Stone Radius is one of many projects in which Drewett Works partnered with interior designer Claire Ownby of Ownby Design. During the ICONIC LIFE event, the designer and her team took home awards for The Model Home at The Village at Seven Desert Mountain in north Scottsdale and the Cozy Camelview residence in Paradise Valley (coming soon to our website). Architect C.P. Drewett designed both of these remarkable homes.
