Monte Williams – Executive Director

His mantra of “making things better” utilizes his talents of analytical thinking and problem solving to improve the processes and systems of Drewett Works.

A Ruston, Louisiana native, Monte Williams moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in April 2016 to join the DW team as Executive Director. His background as a registered financial planner and Chief Financial Officer equipped Monte with just the right skill set to join the DW team and bring efficiency, project management, and financial planning to the administrative realm of Drewett Works.

Known affectionately by the Drewett family as “the bulldog,” Monte graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. The nickname — which is coincidentally the LA Tech mascot — actually came from his tenure at Spring Media where he was CFO and business partner with Elizabeth Drewett. His principled approach to the financial health of the company earned him the name and the respect of those he worked alongside. He is married to Jill and is a father to four and a father-figure to many. Fun fact: Monte and Elizabeth have known each other since junior high school!
